Note: All resource values are the amounts extracted EXCLUDING effects of negative Industrial Ideas (agrarian society, etc) and National Spirits.

List of releasable, formable and other countries

Spoilers below, we recommend these are best experienced in game before reading

Notes:

1. Any statistics relative to releasable countries is given on the hypothetical scenario of them owning all of their core lands in 1007.
2. The statistics for Civil War game rule countries are given based on the rule being enabled and not on when the event spawns them
3. Any statistics for countries formed later in the game will only show them when consistent from game to game and will show a x when not consistent
4. Although they are listed in the occupied territories screen, countries with an asterisk cannot be released via the release nation button. It must be released via National Focus, Event, or by another nation if they conquer the releasable lands.
5. A Country released as a puppet will have 60% of the overlord's party and 13.33% of every other party.
6. If not released as a puppet, the country will follow a predefined ideology as in the table.
7. When the custom game rule Twilight Theory is enabled the tag EQS becomes  Canterlonian Regency and becomes  Supremacy
8. If the custom game rule Civil War is enabled VAN, LSP, SCS, CES, NMS, JUN, BAL, NLR are present at game start
