Hi there! I'm SkyHighFloof, "the FloofyFloof", one of the Equestria at War Wiki Wizards.
Since January 2022, the mod opened my fascination to the world of My Little Pony and the game mechanics of Heart of Iron IV. I became formally part of the fandom in late March of that year. My contributions to the Equestria at War Wiki started in October 2022. With a hardworking mentality and an adaptable mindset, my contributions landed me a position as a Wiki Wizard in January 2023. If you find our wiki really helpful, I personally ask that you put some time into helping our wiki grow by volunteering. As they say, "The smallest steps make the biggest difference."
Nonetheless, I hope you are having a great and wonderful day!
I can be reached primarily at the #wiki-discussions

Colthage National Focus section
Starting focus tree
- Main article: Colthaginian national focus tree
The Colthaginian Republic's initial focus tree is split into two branches, a post-civil war economic/industrial tree on the left and Zalathiel Zarca's political tree on the right. At the start, only Zalathiel's poltiical tree is available which splits into 5 different sub-branches: a political branch, a Zonician unification branch, a fortification branch, and two separate branches dealing with the Consitutionalist rebellion and the Coltva uprising. The political and unification subbranches are only available after winning or averting the Colthaginian civil war.
Starting off the tree, the political branch focuses on cementing Zalathiel Zarca's rule as Sufrit. To deal with the constitutionalist supporters, Zalathiel enacts several policies from his late father and former Sufrit, Zamilcar Zarca, reintroducing Zamilcar's "Bread or Stick" patronage system, reinstating political chiefs, and reshuffling the western border garrisons to crack down on Zanno Mzelqatid's movement.
- "Lean On The Zarcid Legacy" - Triggers the event Zarca's Crossroad, which adds +125 political power.
- "Bread Or Stick Politics" - Adds +10.0% base stability.
- "Reintroduce Political Chiefs" - Adds "Political Chiefs" national spirit, which gives +0.15 daily political power gain, -15% foreign subversive activities efficiency, +15.0% ideology drift defense, and -15.0% resistance activity chance. Decreases the potential strength of Mzelqatid's revolt.
- "Reshuffle The Western Garrisons" - Decreases the potential strength of Mzelqatid's revolt.
- "Crackdown On Western Bandits" - Unlocks decisions to crackdown the movement in Tefemanei, Alaudid Range, and Zalihli. There must be 6 divisions in a specified region to crackdown. All three states must be secured to reduce the strength of the rebels.
Should you successfully crackdown the movement entirely, the event "Zanno Mzelqatid's Arrest" will trigger, which gives +5.00 base stability and +100 political power, reduces Consitutionalist Power, and removes Consitutionalist generals.
- "Reinforce The Eastern Garrisons" - Unlocks decisions to crackdown the bandits in Kizil-Zeb, Qatrain, and Goatlestan. Each decision costs 25 political power. There must be 2 divisions in a specified region to crackdown. Having more than 5 divisions in a state increases the chances of success, while having more than 30% compliance decreases the chance of failure. All three states must be secured to reduce the strength of the rebels.
- "Appoint The Commander Of The East" - Triggers the event "The New Commander of The East", in which the player has the option to appoint Bezelshazzar Zerutra, Jebzel Zoblos, or Ziliad Annizalid as Commander of The East. Each will take on their approach to secure and restore order in Coltva. Events will trigger following every decision several days after.
- Appointing Bezelshazzar: Triggers the event "Bezelshazzar Imposes Martial Law In Coltva" - Bezelshazzar arrives in Coltva with a contingent of troops and imposes martial law. Bezelshazzar intends to establish his headquarters in the historical Metzudah quarter of Kizil-Zeb and intentionally gives time for the rebels to respond to his challenge. At the same time, his troops secure other strategic locations. Resistance in Coltvan states will reduce by -5.0%. In the following event "The Kizil-Zeb Gambit", Bezelshazzar looks out from his headquarters atop a hill over the city skeptical of the rebel's intentions, yet confident in his troops' ability to take the city. There is a 50% chance for Zerutra to win (triggering the event "Bezelshazzar's Triumph") or lose the battle (triggering the event "Battle of Kizil-Zeb").
- "Battle of Kizil-Zeb" - The rebels in the city fight back against Bezelshazzar's troops. Bezelshazzar's adjutant arrives and reports that Zeirutid is in the city, but cannot be reached. Bezelshazzar is desensitized, suffering from migraines and headaches. In a split notice, Bezelshazzar orders the use of the howitzers against the rebels. However soon enough, Bezelshazzar comes to his senses and orders a ceasefire, but the damage has been done. Fires break out and engulf the historic city center. This act alone galvanizes the Coltvan resistance. (Colthage loses -2500 ponypower. The state of Kizil-Zeb loses -1500 ponypower. Military and Civilian factories in the state receive -1 level of damage, while state infrastructure receives -2 levels of damage. This leads to the event "The Word Spreads".)
- "Bezelshazzar's Triumph" - The rebels in the city flee and Bezelshazzar's troops take over the city without incident. In the following event "A Cache Of Booze", Bezelshazzar in his new office receives a letter signed by Zeshmunazash Zeirutid smuggled in a booze delivery. Zeirutid gives thanks to Bezelshazzar for taking the city without bloodshed. Zeirutid's terms were reasonable in that "Colthage would retain sovereignty over Coltva, but the locals would be allowed a great deal of autonomy". The player may accept or reject the terms, with the latter leading to the event "The Word Spreads". Should the player accept the terms
- Appointing Jebzel: Jebzel will set up checkpoints and siege Coltvan cities and towns. Compliance in Coltvan states will increase by +5.0%, but will increase resistance by +5.0%.
- Appointing Ziliad: Ziliad will reform the police
- Note: Decisions that lead to the event "The Word Spreads" will then be followed by the event "On the Brink of War" 7-10 days later. Resistance in all Coltvan states will increase by +10.0% and increase Coltvan unrest.
- "Reassure The Landlords" "Token Land Reforms"
- Reassuring the Landlords will increase Landowners Loyalty by +10%. Adds "Dominant Landowners" state modifier, which gives +15.00% Resource Efficiency Gain and +2 Max Factories in State, with a -0.01 Daily Compliance Gain.
- Token Land Reforms will reduce Landowners Loyalty by -10%. Adds "Token Land Reforms" state modifier, which gives -10.00% Resource Efficiency Gain and -1 Max Factories in State, with a +0.02 Daily Compliance Gain.
Chosing a Co-Sufrit
The first sub-branch of mutually exclusive focuses has the player choosing a Co-Sufrit for Zalathiel between the Scientifid Baltazar Zakbar, the Militarist Batrun Zaryes, or the middle ground Zaron Zorrel. Appointing a Co-Sufit replaces the “No Co-Sufrit” Political Advisor slot and reduces the maluses taken from the "Political Instability" national spirit. Appointing Zakbar or Zaryes will eventually lead to a coup from either the Scientific Clique or the Military respectively. Each focui taken after appointing Zakbar or Zaryes will increase the Power of the Scientific Clique or the Military, and if at Very High Power, adds -10% to faction loyalty to the respective faction. Going down Zorrel will continue Zarcid rule over Colthage.
- "Co-Sufrit Baltazar Zakbar" - Appoints Baltazar Zakbar, who adds -5.00% consumer goods factor, +5.00% research speed, and a +25.00% trade deal opinion factor. Adds -10% to Military faction loyalty.
- "Co-Sufrit Zaron Zorrel" - Appoints Zaron Zorrel, who adds +0.10 daily political power gain and +25.0% ideology drift defense. Adds -10% to both Scientifid and Military faction loyalty.
- "Co-Sufrit Batrun Zaryes" - Appoints Batrun Zaryes, who adds +15.0% mobilization speed, +5.0% war support, and +25 maximum command power increase. Adds -10% to Scientifid faction loyalty.
After winning or averting the civil war, "The Zarcid Constitution" foci is unlocked.
The second sub-branch under "Dream Of An United Zonicia" focuses on forming a united Pan-Zonician nation.
Should you win or prevent the civil war,

STL Lore
In Our Town, Starlight Glimmer brought everyone together in a true equal, cutie mark-less society; at least, that's how it seemed. In 1004 Twilight Sparkle and the Elements of Harmony came to Our Town and outed Starlight Glimmer as a fraud. While she preached true equality, she refused to embrace it herself and remove her own cutie mark.
Since then, Our Town has recovered and even flourished. But trapped between Stalliongrad and Nova Griffonia, Our Town finds itself cut off from the world. Under pressure from Stalliongrad, Our Town formalized a communist-leaning government in an attempt to appease their southern neighbor. Led by Double Diamond, Starlight Glimmer's former second-in-command, the commune continues to strive for an equal and harmonious life.
Our Town, disconnected from the rest of the world, must rely on Stalliongrad for help and support. But that may soon change, as Stalliongrad may seek to re-integrate the province that was formerly theirs...
